My professional journey spans nearly two decades in the utilities sector, with a specific focus on Billing and CRM areas. This path has led me to collaborate with numerous major industry players in Europe and woldswide, including EDF, Veolia, Board Gais, PGNiG, Engie, Suez, Motor Oil, and PPC. My extensive experience, particularly enriched by my intensive work over the last five years with Salesforce and Vlocity, illuminated a critical gap in the Salesforce Partners ecosystem – a pressing need for specialized expertise in Salesforce Energy and Utilities Cloud.
This realization inspired me to establish NFX Consulting. My vision was to create a company that not only excels in delivering bespoke Salesforce solutions but also possesses a deep understanding of the unique challenges within the energy and utilities sector, especially in Billing and CRM systems.
